Waterstone House

This was a new build four storey house near Frome, Somerset- designed and constructed ‘in house’ in its entirety by Tamo Works. Great care was taken in the design process to ensure a common vernacular throughout the house. Lime plaster, Douglas Fir, linseed paint and terracotta were paired together to give a sense of mineral based materials, both healthy and raw in their presentation.
